Man Tased Three Times

A Coal City man who had to be tased 3 times before being placed under arrest is now facing a litany of charges.  32 year old Antonie Ollison was arrested on March 20th after he was pulled over on East Division Street and found to be driving on a suspended license.  Police say Ollison began to struggle with the officers, one of whom tased Ollison twice to no effect.  That’s when Ollison allegedly grabbed the taser from the officer and threw it.  At that point Ollison was tased a 3rd time by a second officer and ended up going to the hospital. The officers suffered minor injuries during the struggle.  Ollison is charged with disarming a police officer, aggravated battery, resisting arrest and driving on a suspended license.
